WSB & Associates Inc.Ms. Bonnell is an environmental compliance specialist with experience in environmental law and policy. She is committed to providing high quality service to clients in regards to stormwater pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) design, installation, and inspection surrounding the general construction, MS4, and industrial NPDES permits. Ms. Bonnell has extensive experience with environmental education and environmental outreach, having served on the Board of Directors for River Keepers, a nonprofit focused on providing sustainable use of the Red River. She is a facilitator of ProjectWet and Project Learning Tree, and she has spent as countless volunteer hours teaching youth about stormdrain marking, water resources, and aquatic invasive species. In addition, Ms. Bonnell has given numerous presentations regarding environmental education, environmental outreach, and scenario development for the field of oil and energy development. She earned her Ph.D. degree in Natural Resources Management from North Dakota State University, Fargo.
