Thomas Kommer

Mr. Kommer is a provisionally licensed attorney with a robust background in construction, human resources, and risk management. Originally from Los Angeles County, California, he later relocated to San Luis Obispo County, California. Mr. Kommer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing from San Diego State University, a Juris Doctor from Concord Law School at Purdue University Global, and a Higher Education Teaching Certificate from Harvard University’s Derek Bok Center for Teaching and Learning.

With nearly 25 years of experience in construction, human resources, and risk management, Mr. Kommer transitioned to academia and legal work in 2016. He consults on construction matters and contributed to rewriting the Preconstruction Risk Assessment and Infection Control Risk Assessment certification exam for Green Advantage.
