Ms. Kotkoskie is a registered professional engineer in New York with over 20 years of experience. Ms. Kotkoskie has managed many engineering and construction projects for a variety of large entities including a chemical manufacturer, the federal government/military, and a global engineering/consulting firm. Ms. Kotkoskie has also worked with many local land developers from the planning to construction phases, and she has performed the role of a municipal separate storm sewer system (MS4) officer for a town in upstate New York. Throughout these different roles, she gained valuable experience in the areas of environmental compliance, engineering, negotiation, documentation and recordkeeping, and inspection readiness, as well as project planning, budgeting and construction.
Ms. Kotkoskie has a passion for stormwater and erosion and sediment control. She prides herself in finding practical solutions that meet compliance, are within a reasonable budget, and are sustainable. She is an engineering graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) and Clemson University, as well as a business graduate from RPI. Ms. Kotkoskie is also a certified professional in erosion and sediment control (CPESC) with Enviro Cert International and an active participant in her local municipal stormwater coalition and watershed management plan working group for an impaired waterbody.
