Kevin Gibbs

Mr. Gibbs is an associate in Cozen O’Connor’s Intellectual Property Department. He focuses his practice on trademark, patent, and copyright prosecution, enforcement, and litigation; internet domain and social media infringement and cybersquatting issues; and intellectual property transactional matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gibbs worked for the U.S. Department of Defense in the Medical Division. He earned his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, magna cum laude, from Philadelphia University and his law degree, magna cum laude, from Rutgers University School of Law.
