Managing Member at Parks Zeigler
Mr. Parks is a managing member of Parks Zeigler, PLLC in Virginia Beach, which is a paperless, technologically-driven law practice. He is a Tidewater native and has been practicing there for over 19 years. Mr. Parks is active with the Virginia State Bar, currently chairing the Special Committee on Technology and the Future Practice of Law Technology. He is also a member of numerous other state and local bar associations. Mr. Parks frequently writes and speaks about cybersecurity/data privacy and the modernization and use of technology in the practice of law.
