Ansapugh, Karen J.

Ms. Anspaugh is a member of the firm’s Environmental and Natural Resources Practice Group. She has assisted oil and gas producers for 19 years and has drafted over 1,000 drilling and division order title opinions. Ms. Anspaugh also assists operators with regulatory matters, such as permitting and petitions, and facilitates leasehold acreage acquisitions and contract and assignment negotiations. She is admitted to practice law in Indiana, Michigan, and Missouri. Ms. Anspaugh received her J.D. from the University of Tulsa. She is a member of the Energy and Mineral Law Foundation; the American Association of Petroleum Landmen; the Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky and Michigan Oil and Gas Associations; and the Indiana, Indianapolis and Michigan Bar Associations.
