DewberryMr. Ganguli is a manager with Dewberry Engineers Inc. and a specialist in water resources with expertise in project management and a focus on plan formulation and hydrologic/economic risk analysis. He has completed numerous flood risk mitigation and coastal storm damage reduction feasibility studies involving the evaluation of flood or erosion risk and the economics of alternative mitigation plans. He has prepared the benefit cost studies for numerous U.S. Army Corps of Engineers projects throughout New York and New Jersey. His recent projects include the Blanchard River Ohio flood risk management feasibility study and evaluation of storm damage protection for the south shore of Long Island in New York. Mr. Ganguli is also experienced in urban renewal and redevelopment projects, municipal roadway improvements, value engineering, lot yield analysis, hydrology, hydraulics, stormwater treatment basins, stream encroachment, HEC-RAS river modeling and modeling of complex stormwater management systems. He has utilized a range of hydraulic and economic computer applications, such as HEC-RAS, HEC-GeoRAS, HEC-HMS, XP-SWMM, HEC-2, HEC-IFH, HEC-FDA, HY-8, StormCAD, SAS, @Risk and MS Project. He is licensed to practice engineering in New Jersey and Connecticut. Mr. Ganguli earned his MBA degree (Management & Finance) from Fordham University, New York, and his Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree (B.E. Civil) from Nagpur University, India.
