Justin Muehlmeyer

Mr. Muehlmeyer is an attorney at Peacock Law, P.C., practicing all aspects of intellectual property, including patent, trademark and copyright prosecution, licensing, and litigation. He earned dual undergraduate degrees in Physics/Astrophysics and Philosophy of Economics, and now makes it his career to assist all creative types and inventors in generating value from their great ideas. Mr. Muehlmeyer came to Peacock Law in 2015 from the New Mexico Supreme Court, where he served as an attorney judicial law clerk to one of the most respected justices in the State’s history, assisting the court in resolving the State’s most complex legal questions. He is known for his classical guitar skills and plays at events around Albuquerque. Mr. Muehlmeyer serves on the Board of the Intellectual Property Section of the New Mexico State Bar and directs its annual Pro Bono Intellectual Property Legal Clinic.
