Senior Director, Local Paving, Pave Ahead
Mr. Justice is based in the Philadelphia area, and works with local, regional and state technical and promotion partners to help deliver concrete parking and street paving projects by supporting promotion, design and construction activities as well as provide training and presentations on concrete applications and promotion. Mr. Justice is also a pervious concrete and pervious pavements specialist, having been involved in over 300 pervious pavement projects and has spoken at hundreds of industry events, workshops and webinars. Prior to joining the NRMCA, Mr. Justice was the promotion director for the Portland Cement Association Northeast for over 10 years. Prior to that, Mr. Justice worked as a civil engineer with over 25 years of experience as an engineering project manager, concentrating on pavement projects for airports, parking lots and roads.
