Joseph Patchen

Mr. Patchen, partner with Carlile Patchen & Murphy LLP in Columbus, practices business and real estate law. He represents businesses, owners and professionals in real estate and business matters. Mr. Patchen’s business law practice emphasizes corporation and limited liability company formation, planning, succession, and asset protection. His commercial real estate representation emphasizes construction, leasing, and acquisition. Mr. Patchen serves as chair of the firm’s Commercial Law practice group, and he is co-chair of the Oil and Gas Group. He is a member of the Columbus, Ohio State and American bar associations, the Builders Exchange of Central Ohio, the Association of Licensed Architects and the Central Ohio Restaurant Association. Mr. Patchen received his undergraduate degree from Boston College in 1984 and his law degree from The Ohio State University in 1987.
