Mr. Picciotti is the leader of the Environmental Practice Group and focuses his legal practice on insurance coverage and environmental and commercial matters, including litigation. Mr. Picciotti has experience in counseling insurers on a broad variety of coverage issues. He has defended complex declaratory judgment actions on behalf of carriers in state and federal courts. He also counsels corporations on complying with federal and state requirements concerning storing, maintaining, and handling hazardous substances and hazardous wastes and compliance with discharge requirements under New York and Federal Laws.
