T. Scott Jones

Mr. Jones is a Knoxville, Tennessee-based trial lawyer with more than 35 years of experience trying jury cases in serious personal injury, criminal defense, and high-stakes civil litigation. He represents clients in state and federal courts throughout the Southeastern United States and is a member, and past president of the Tennessee Chapter, of the American Board of Trial Advocates, as well as only one of less than ten
members of the International Society of Barristers in Tennessee. T. Scott is certified as a Rule 31 Mediator by the Tennessee Supreme Court, regularly teaches continuing legal education courses on trial strategy and litigation practice, and hosts The Weekly Law Round-Up, East Tennessee’s longest-running legal radio program.
