Mr. Jones joined the Firefly Solar team as Project Manager in 2021. He manages the operations team which consists of 20+ team members from start to finish on all solar projects. Typically, this consists of over 100 projects in pipeline at any given time. Mr. Jones and his team handle the entire process from the point of sale to a fully installed operational system. This process includes site evaluation, design and engineering, permitting, interconnection, installation, inspection, PTO, tech support, and most importantly responsive customer service throughout its entire journey.
