The scope of the Safranek Group’s accessibility consulting includes the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Fair Housing Act (FHA), and building codes, such as the International Building Code (IBC) and the California Building Code (CBC).
As an accessibility and building code expert, Mr. Safranek brings to projects over 28 years of practical experience as an architect. Throughout his career, he has focused on technical issues, primarily accessibility and building codes while also attaining a number of professional certifications in these two areas. Mr. Safranek has provided accessibility and building code consulting services nationally, including drawing reviews and surveys of properties for compliance with the accessibility requirements found in the ADA, FHA, and building codes.
Prior to founding the Safranek Group, Mr. Safranek was a senior accessibility consultant for Endelman and Associates of Seattle, Washington where during his 4 year tenure with the firm, he consulted on and surveyed over a hundred projects in 17 states for a variety of clients, including national residential developers, architects, public sector entities, and business owners.
