Of Counsel Attorney at Mirick O’Connell
Ms. Murphy is of counsel with Mirick O’Connell DeMallie & Lougee, LLP in Massachusetts. She is part of the firm’s Litigation Department, Construction Group and Creditors’ Rights, Bankruptcy and Reorganization Group. For the past 15 years, she has litigated commercial disputes and construction issues. Ms. Murphy represents a variety of local and national companies, including manufacturing companies, construction companies, banking and financial institutions, and professional service firms. Ms. Murphy is a member and past president of the Greater Worcester Chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC). She is also currently president of the Board of Habitat for Humanity MetroWest/Greater Worcester, Inc.
