Ms. Fleming is the assistant director/outreach and education coordinator for the Oklahoma Water Survey. Previously Ms. Fleming was the environmental programs manager with the Oklahoma Conservation Commission. Her responsibilities included working with volunteers in the Blue Thumb Water Quality Education Program and project management. Prior to joining the Commission,Ms. Fleming worked for the Oklahoma Water Resources Research Institute where she was project manager for the Institutes’s role in updating Oklahoma’s Comprehensive Water Plan. She has a degree in Mass Communications from Northeastern State University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law. In addition to her duties for the Commission, Ms. Fleming teaches Applied Environmental Law for the University of Tulsa’s Masters of Jurisprudence program and serves on the boards of Lake McMurtry Friends, Inc. and Friends of Blue Thumb, Inc.
