Jasmine Brown Seabrooks

Jasmine Brown Seabrooks is an associate in Epstein Ostrove, LLC’s Family Law Department. She concentrates her practice on representing clients on issues regarding divorce, premarital agreements, equitable distribution, cohabitation, child custody, parenting time, and relocation. She also has experience in post-judgment matters and appeals. In addition to her family law practice, Ms. Seabrooks represents clients in criminal and municipal legal proceedings. Utilizing her experience from family law in dealing with sensitive issues, she has also represented children and their guardians in civil litigation matters against municipalities and private institutions in matters of negligent hiring and supervision and New Jersey’s Anti-Bullying Statute. Ms. Seabrooks has been recognized by her peers as a Super Lawyers’ Rising Star for the years 2020 and 2021. She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Association of Black Women Lawyers of New Jersey, and the New Jersey Association for Justice.
