Heather L. Demirjian, an associate at Cole Schotz P.C., devotes her practice entirely to complex state and federal environmental law matters. She represents clients from a wide range of industries on the environmental risks and liabilities in business transactions, real estate development, site remediation projects, enforcement defense, environmental litigation, and industrial and manufacturing operations. Ms. Demirjian has served as an adjunct professor at Rutgers University School of Law in Camden, New Jersey, where she taught a course on environmental litigation. While attending Rutgers University School of Law, she interned for the Environmental Enforcement Section of the United States Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. and for the United States Environmental Protection Agency in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
