Panciera & Associates, LLC – King George, VAMrs. Panciera graduated from Catholic University with a Bachelor of Architecture degree in 1994. She became a licensed architect in the state of Virginia in 2002 and has become a member of NCARB with reciprocity in Maryland. Her portfolio includes a mastery of skills in the principles and practices of architecture along with an in depth understanding of code regulations and implementation. For 29 years Mrs. Panciera has gained experience in new design and construction of buildings as well as in the restoration, renovation and re-use of existing buildings. Many of these buildings include buildings used for assembly purposes, public buildings, medical facilities, and office complexes and fit out for industrial, institutional, agricultural, structural evaluations and code consulting for multi-use facilities and special use facilities. Mrs. Panciera worked as a commercial plan reviewer for Charles County, Maryland, as well as a code consultant for over 20 years. Her broad experience as an architect and authority having jurisdiction gives her understanding for the design process and implementation of code compliance for new buildings, and additions to and alterations of existing buildings. Ms. Panciera works with currently adopted editions of the International Building Code, International Residential Code, and The International Rehabilitation Code along with other various ICC codes.
