Wood, PLC, Cincinnati Mr. Laterza has more than 39 years of proven construction and engineering experience that includes office and on-site project management. Current roles include management, estimating, project cost, planning, and scheduling for proposals and projects. Mr. Laterza also has experience in the power generation, paper, governmental, industrial, manufacturing, and commercial sectors. His responsibilities include overseeing and estimating for greenfield and brownfield projects, updating corporate estimating databases, evaluating project scope for estimate development, and reviewing site conditions. When required, Mr. Laterza performs quantity take-offs, labor rate schedules, materials pricing, and sourcing from historical data and local vendors and distributors. He includes indirect costs; estimate basis and methodology including equipment rentals, estimate plans, basis of estimate documentation; and project proposal. Mr. Laterza provides leadership for other estimators and schedulers on the use of estimating and scheduling software, including updates to the software and database, and historical pricing maintenance.
