Erin Fox is originally from Jefferson City, Missouri. After graduating from Mizzou with a Bachelor’s degree in 2009, Erin moved to the area to attend law school at the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law and graduated with her JD in 2012 with Pro Bono Honors. She fell in love with the KC area and has been there since.
Erin has ten years of legal experience. She has worked in the areas of criminal defense, Social Security Disability, creditor’s rights, and family law. Her diverse experience enables her to see the impact of her client’s outcomes beyond the written judgment. She has practiced in municipal, state, and federal courtrooms. She has practiced exclusively family law since 2017 and took over her mentor’s practice in 2020. Erin is a certified Guardian ad Litem, taking appointments in Cass and Bates County. She is the First Vice President of the Cass County Bar Association.
When not wearing her attorney hat, Erin enjoys reading, traveling, playing tennis, and spending time with her family. Licensure: MO, KS.
