Jess Foster

Mr. Foster is a building inspector for Rutherford County in North Carolina. Mr. Foster has been a certified inspector with the North Carolina Department of Insurance (NCDOI) for six years. He also has Standard Level 3 Certification in building, electrical, mechanical and plumbing. Mr. Foster is a North Carolina Certified Zoning Official. Mr. Foster is a frequent speaker, and is a building standard course instructor for NCDOI. He is a continuing education instructor for North Carolina Licensing Board for General Contractors. Mr. Foster is an experienced construction superintendent and project manager. Previously, Mr. Foster was a National Guard Officer, and he is an Afghanistan War Veteran.
