Michael Finn , P.E.

Mr. Finn is an Environmental Engineer in EPA’s Office of Groundwater and Drinking Water, Capacity and Compliance Division in Washington, D.C. He has 30 years of experience in public water supplies and oversight of public water system, Prior to coming to EPA, he was a field engineer with the California Department of Health Drinking Water Program performing oversight of public water systems in the San Francisco Bay Area. He is a registered professional engineer and a certified water treatment plant operator.
