Brian Faith

Principal/Director – Building Envelope, Forensics & Restoration for the Denver office of Walker Consultants
Mr. Faith is the Director of Building Envelope, Forensics & Restoration Services for the Denver, Colorado office.  He has over 30-years’ experience in the in the investigation, evaluation, testing, design, and renovation of various building types and structures throughout the United States. Mr. Faith has performed investigations and prepared repair documents for hundreds of buildings and parking structures experiencing deterioration and/or non-performance issues. Projects have included various structure types including parking structures, bridges, seawalls, skylights and canopies; and various building types including single and multi-family residential, offices, hospitals, hotels, theaters, universities, and governmental facilities. Brian’s experience covers a wide range of construction materials and systems including concrete, masonry, stone, exterior insulated finish systems (EIFS), glass, waterproofing, coatings, and roofing. Brian’s clients include Owners, property managers, facilities managers, developers, general contractors, and specialty contractors.
