Erica Nannini

Ms. Nannini advises clients in the natural resources and mining industries on a range of disputes and regulatory issues involving public lands. She also works on a variety of other regulatory issues including public utilities, water law, and charter school law. Ms. Nannini works with a variety of Nevada clients, from new industry entrants to well-established industry stakeholders. Prior to joining Holland & Hart, she served as a law clerk to Justice Mark Gibbons of the Nevada Supreme Court and as a judicial extern to then-Chief Judge Robert C. Jones of the U.S. District Court, District of Nevada. During law school, Ms. Nannini worked as an energy regulatory intern with Nevada’s largest public utility, where she assisted with compliance at both the state and federal levels.
