Mr. Mroz practices in the areas of environmental law, regulatory matters, insurance coverage and bad faith and litigation. He represents individuals, businesses and government entities in multi-party environmental, toxic tort and environmental insurance litigation in state and federal courts, before administrative agencies and through alternative dispute resolution. Mr. Mroz has significant experience in cases involving PCBs, chlorinated solvents, hazardous metals, petroleum constituents and emerging contaminants, including perchlorate.
