Edward Beaudette

Edward G. Beaudette is a 1980 graduate of the University of Montana School of Law. He was engaged in the private practice of law in Anaconda, Montana, for over 12 years, specializing in litigation. Mr. Beaudette served four years as the Anaconda-Deer Lodge County Attorney. During that time he worked extensively on environmental and Superfund issues, and was instrumental in the planning, development and construction of the Old Works Golf Course on a Superfund remediation site in Anaconda, Montana. Since 1998 Mr. Beaudette has been employed by the Montana Department of Transportation where he specializes in contract claims, condemnation and environmental litigation.
