President and CEO, Rodgers Consulting, Inc., Germantown, MDMr. Rood, president and CEO of the firm, is a certified professional planner (AICP) with Rodgers Consulting, Inc., a multidiscipline land development consulting and design firm exclusively focused on private sector real estate interests in Maryland. He is the long-standing chairman of the Maryland Building Industry Association’s Environmental Committee and, as such, has been instrumental in shaping the industry’s position on environmental issues, earning the trust of the real estate community, government and community leaders.
