Dr. Lynette Cardoch leads Moffatt & Nichol’s resiliency services as the Director of Resilience & Adaptation. She is a coastal ecologist with over 20 years of experience in regulatory & water policies, coastal restoration, and urban & coastal resiliency. Her assignments include steering interdisciplinary teams of engineers, scientists, and regulators. Dr. Cardoch has also worked closely with coastal utilities and natural resource agencies on integrated planning and operationalizing resiliency, particularly for coastal protection, storm surge, and interior flooding. She has been appointed to the Biscayne Bay Task Force and also serves as a government relations liaison, taking science and engineering to the policy level.
