Mr. Winkler founded Winkler Legal, LLC, in 2004, where he represents clients in probate, trust and estate administration, estate planning, advanced healthcare directives, asset protection planning and probate litigation, and where he assists clients with qualifying clients for governmental assistance in paying for long-term nursing care services. Mr. Winkler was licensed in the state of Ohio in 1997 and has served in many capacities including as compliance counsel for Nationwide Insurance Company and as assistant consumers’ counsel for the state of Ohio.
