Mr. DesChamps concentrates his practice on construction and commercial litigation. He has represented developers, general contractors, subcontractors, insurance companies, and sureties in a variety of construction-related matters. Mr. DesChamps focuses his practice on design and construction defect litigation and handles complex construction claims involving multifamily and single-family residential dwellings. In addition, he has represented businesses and individuals in a wide variety of civil lawsuits. Clients benefit from his experience gained in large, complex litigation, as well as his previous work on insurance defense and coverage matters. Mr. DesChamps graduated magna cum laude from Charleston School of Law, where he served as articles editor for the Charleston Law Review and was the recipient of multiple CALI Awards.
