Ms. Wright currently serves as the training officer for the Indiana State Department of Health-Environmental Public Health Division out of the Indianapolis office. She has focused her career in the on-site sewage system industry providing training and technical assistance to local health department staff, and conducting the review of technologies new to Indiana for on-site components requesting approval for use in Indiana. Ms. Wright has over 25 years of field experience to assist her in troubleshooting onsite system malfunctions and providing assistance to citizens and installers. She is an active participant within the onsite industry. Ms. Wright served the National Onsite Wastewater Recycling Association as a board member (2014-2017) and as a member of their Online Learning Academy committee. She also served the National Sanitation Foundation as a voting member of the Joint Committee on Wastewater Technology (active member) and the Indiana Onsite Wastewater Professionals Association where she works with others to develop and conduct the certified installer and inspector training sessions/exams. Ms. Wright has assisted the Indiana Environmental Health Association- Wastewater Management Committee with annual education conference preparation.
