Debra B. Norris, P.C.
Ms. Norris combines her technical and legal background in her construction law practice. She has a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, magna cum laude, from Louisiana Tech University; a B.A. degree in Physics, cum laude, from Centenary College; and a J.D. degree from the University of Texas School of Law. As an electrical engineer she spent ten years building plants for the gas and chemical industries. For the past three years she has been recognized as “Top Houston Lawyer” in construction law by H Texas Magazine. Ms. Norris has also taught construction law in the graduate faculty at the Cullen College of Engineering at the University of Houston since 2005.
