Mr. Altman practices in the Commercial Real Estate Practice Group and serves on the Real Estate Developers Industry Team. He has extensive experience in real estate law, commercial litigation and environmental law having handled a broad range of matters involving land use and zoning, municipal law, commercial and residential transactional real estate, environmental law, commercial and civil litigation, corporate practice and commercial transactions. Mr. Altman has been involved in all phases of site development, including sites for the retail petroleum industry and for wireless telecommunications. As a land-use attorney, he has practiced before municipalities throughout Long Island, as well as New York City.
