Associate with Davis Basta Law Firm, P.A.Ms. VanderGeeten graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2010 and obtained her LL.M. degree in Real Property Development from the University of Miami School of Law. She devotes her practice to litigation and transactional real estate law. In addition to her Florida bar membership, Ms. VanderGeeten is a member of Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund, the Bay Area Real Estate Council, the Clearwater Bar Association, and the Real Property and Probate Section of the Florida Bar, where she serves on the Landlord Tenant Committee. She received an award from the Supreme Court of Florida for exceptional pro bono service in 2015. Ms. VanderGeeten continues to volunteer with the Community Law Program and provides pro bono legal services at their housing clinics.
