Daniella Ravn is a licensed architect in New York State and Brazil, and is founder of New Habitat Architecture & Design, P.C. She is a certified Passive House consultant since 2013 and her experience reaches several different areas, providing architectural design for residential, commercial and scientific projects. New Habitat Architecture & Design is a multi-disciplined firm, focusing on sustainable design through the adoption of passive house principles. The firm provides complete services from land surveying, site planning, and civil engineering to architecture and including passive house design and deep energy retrofit renovations. Some of the recent projects designed by New Habitat include a 5,000 sf Passive House under construction in Lloyd Neck, with goals to achieve Net Zero status.
