Daniel B. Weinstein is an associate attorney at Donahoe Law Firm, P.C., in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. He joined the firm in November of 2018 and focuses his practice on complex civil litigation, personal injury matters, will and trust disputes, worker compensation claims, and criminal defense work. He has experience in litigating issues arising from electronically stored information and computer systems access. Mr. Weinstein graduated from The George Washington University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He received his juris doctorate degree from St. Thomas University School of Law and was recognized for his outstanding scholastic performance at both institutions. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Second Circuit Bar Association and the Young Lawyers section of the South Dakota Bar.
