Ms. Orlowski focuses her practice on oil and gas, commercial real estate, estate planning and related business issues. She has extensive experience in all phases of land and title matters, oil and gas acquisitions and divestitures, general corporate matters and business planning. Ms. Orlowski is an adjunct professor at the University of Tulsa law school in the Master of Jurisprudence program where she teaches “Energy and Indian Land Titles.” She is a frequent national and regional lecturer on oil and gas, real property, Indian land law and estate planning topics. Ms. Orlowski is very involved with state and local bar associations. She is currently an active member of the Oklahoma Title Examinations Standard Committee, founded the TCBA Animal Law Committee, and is a member of Tulsa Title and Probate Lawyers.
