Professional Engineer, State of Tennessee – Division of Underground Storage Tanks
Ms. Storm graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering and holds a professional engineering license in the state of Tennessee. Ms. Storm has worked with the state of Tennessee, Department of Environment and Conservation, Division of Underground Storage Tanks for 27 years. She is the deputy director for Central Office Operations which include oversight of petroleum release investigation, exposure assessment and contamination clean-up technical policy and process development; LUST trust/federal contract management and emergency response; tank fee invoicing and collection and notification; UST fund reimbursement; database management and quality control; and division administration. Previously she worked in the UST Nashville Field Office as the assistant manager for 14 years responding to petroleum complaints and emergency responses, overseeing tank closures and contamination investigations and clean-ups, conducting compliance inspections and supervising a large field office. Ms. Storm also graduated from the Tennessee Government Management Institute (TGMI) in 2007.
