Christopher Solop

Mr. Solop has extensive experience representing clients in all areas of state, federal and private construction and surety law. He has pursued successful bid protests before federal, state, and local authorities. His construction claims and litigation experience includes payment and performance bond disputes; defective plans and specifications claims; scheduling, acceleration, and delay claims; constructive change claims; site access and differing site conditions disputes; terminations for default and convenience; and productivity and loss of efficiency claims. Mr. Solop represents owners, prime contractors, and subcontractors. He has arbitrated, mediated, and tried numerous large complex construction and commercial disputes. Mr. Solop is an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and general counsel for the Associated General Contractors of Mississippi.
