Charles Allen

Charles Allen, AIA, has emerged as a leader in the industry of building and architecture forensics. Mr. Allen’s experience and knowledge center around building envelopes, roofing systems, wall systems and other design features that can create opportunities for catastrophic mold and moisture failures. He has applied his architectural knowledge and technical skills to some of the largest and most complicated building failure claims in the world, including the Orlando VA Medical Complex, Disney properties, Fairmont Raffles Hotels International in Southeast Asia and academic buildings at the University of Virginia.
