Carl Schneeman

Mr. Schneeman is the director of operations in Walker’s Minneapolis office, and he is registered in Minnesota. He is responsible for project management, structural and parking design, quality reviews, specification development and contract document coordination. Mr. Schneeman also manages and directs facility restoration projects, field surveys and testing, and he develops designs for rehabilitation and restoration of structures, and excels in construction administration of projects. With Walker, he has led many successful new design and restoration projects ranging in size from under $100,000 to over 40 million dollars in construction cost. Mr. Schneeman has affiliations with the American Concrete Institute, the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), the Minnesota Association of Parking Professionals and more.
