Brian Gardiner

Principal, BMG Enterprises, LLCMr. Gardiner has provided roof consulting services for commercial, industrial, and governmental clients including architects, building owners, engineers, and contractors. He has over 30 years’ experience providing roof management programs, systems analysis, design, specifications, quality control monitoring, failure analysis, and project management. He has presented seminars on a variety of building envelope topics for various organizations, including: Roofing Contractors Association of Texas, Midwest Roofing Contractors Association, National Roofing Contractors Association, University of Texas and the Austin Chapter of the American Institute of Architects. Mr. Gardiner is a past region director of RCI, Inc.; a three-time president of the Austin Chapterof the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI); and a Past Vice-Chairman of the ASTM E06-71 Green Roof Subcommittee.
