Mr. Navarro has 22 years of experience in parking planning, design, and consulting, and is the Managing Principal of Walker’s Chicago offices. He has consulted on hundreds of parking-related projects, lending his expertise to site selection, engineering, building code analysis, durability design, and facility maintenance and restoration. In addition, he is recognized as a leading parking functional designer in the industry and services as engineer-of-record on select Walker Projects. Mr. Navarro received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign; is a licensed professional engineer in Illinois, Missouri, and Iowa; and is a recipient of the National Parking Association’s 40 Under 40 Award.
