Brian Arnold has substantial and extensive experience in the areas of family law and criminal defense. He has been voted to the top 2.5% of lawyers in Utah in the area of Family Law (Divorce) by Super Lawyers. Mr. Arnold has been featured on Big Talk 860 AM Radio answering family law questions and was an editor on the Utah Journal of Family Law where he works closely with judges and other attorneys in developing meaningful articles for Utah attorneys that practice family law. He has also recently been chosen to be an editor on the Utah Journal of Criminal Law. He received his undergraduate degree in English Literature. Mr. Arnold also practices in the areas of divorce, general family law, child custody, alimony, child support, civil litigation, and criminal defense. He has also appeared and argued in front of the Utah Court of Appeals on family law and criminal matters.
