Steven Allison , PLA

Mr. Allison a licensed landscape architect in Maryland and an ISA Certified Arborist with TRAQ qualifications. He is the Environmental Team Leader for Rodgers Consulting and has over fourteen years of experience designing and providing project management over infrastructure and stormwater landscape architectural projects in New York, Delaware, Virginia and the Baltimore DC Metro area. Mr. Allison has worked on both private and public sector projects including notable projects – ICC ESCM restoration efforts, SHA TMDL stormwater design and retrofits, MD 404 Dualization, and stormwater mitigation design for the Dulles Silver Line. Mr. Allison is responsible for managing the environmental division and providing consulting services for all the land development projects within the company. His services include, preparing natural resource inventories/forest stand delineations, forest conservation plans, wetland delineations, joint permit applications and coordinate jurisdictional boundaries with Maryland Department of the Environment as well as the Army Corps of Engineers. His passion for evolving ecosystems has translated into environmentally centered design responses that reflect and uplift local habitats while providing necessary development.
